Peggy’s Cove has the best gingerbread cake. It’s steamed and full of calories. And I didn’t care. In fact, I added ice cream. No regrets. When I received a thank you card from Halifax, I was back in Peggy’s Cove. By the by, there are several blogs that mention Peggy’s Cove and gingerbread. So others have experienced the joy of ginger along with the fresh sea air of Peggy’s Cove.
