  1. I wish I had–I wish I hadn’t, Why did I do that? Why didn’t I do that. And on and on. The past can teach us many things, but regrets never erase the past. The future can be more beautiful and more rewarding because of lessons learned. On to the future-the best is ahead!

  2. I know somethings can be painful to remember. We all have those regretful moments and experiences we would rather forget.
But I think of those people who for some reason like Alzheimer’s etc no longer have memories.
So I will gladly look back. Sometimes nice to sit in the sun and close one’s eyes………………most of my memories put me right to sleep. lol

    1. I agree wholeheartedly!!! Memories are life affirming reminders that we have lived and loved well! There is nothing I like better than to reminisce with a friend and laugh over the many adventures that we encountered in the past. That is when I feel like taking the next step forward.
