Simon Winchester quotes Sir Thomas Brown: “The created world is but a small parenthesis in eternity.” We will have to be more than “high achievers” if we gauge our progress by the sky that to us has no end in sight, or God and eternity, both of which we can’t comprehend and have to understand by faith. However, Marcus Garvey has the right idea. I believe we can continue to learn to the end of our earthy lives–and beyond.
