Prepare to Stop

We all wait for a sign to move, to begin, to speak, to laugh. It’s about action, movement, progress, all of which is associated with personal productivity and value.  Sometimes, we must heed a different message, especially when the sign is blocking your path.  Stopping may be the only choice.  And maybe, it will be lead to a life-changing experience.

“Of any stopping place in life, it is good to ask whether it will be a good place from which to go on as well as a good place to remain.”
Mary Catherine Bateson (daughter of Margaret Mead)
